Thank you for visiting joee ink design studio. All designs at joee ink are created for your personal use only. Each design is copyrighted. By downloading our designs you are agreeing to our terms.
All products are intended for personal use only. What does this mean? This means that each download/design may be used only for personal scrapbook pages/projects with no commercial purposes.
By downloading a file, this does not mean it belongs to you and becomes your property. You may not redistribute, share, or resell any of joee ink products. At all times joee ink design studio retains all ownership and copyright of all its products/designs.
No commercial use is permitted whatsoever. What does this mean? It means at no time may you use joee ink designs on any website, marketing, promotion, custom scrapbook pages for other people, or any project/site that generates income. You may, however, use joee ink designs on personal websites that have no commercial advertisement, links or references to personal stores (ebay included). Credit and copyright must be given to joee ink design studio on any pages where our designs/graphics are being used.
You may-
-Create custom layouts or projects for personal use only.
-Post layouts on internet-giving proper credit to joee ink design studio.
-Submit layouts containing joee ink designs to magazines-giving proper credit in materials list.
-Use designs on personal website.
You may not-
-Share downloads with others.
-Post downloads/files on internet.
-Use designs in projects for any group-even non-profit groups.
-Use on any commercial website, or when creating a website for others.
-Resell any designs or include designs/products on projects to be sold.
-May not use in profane or objectionable projects/layouts/or personal websites containing profane or objectionable material.
